SATO CL6NX Plus 305dpi 6" Industrial Label Printer The SATO CL6NX Plus is the latest evolution in SATO’s flagship 6-inch industrial printer range, replacing the popular CL6NX. Engineered for the most demanding wide-format printing tasks, it excels in track and trace applications across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and distribution environments. With support for both 203dpi and 305dpi resolutions and a generous 6-inch print width, it is particularly well suited for large-format A5 SSCC pallet labels and detailed component labelling. Designed for high accuracy, the CL6NX Plus is capable of printing small-format labels with exceptional precision, making it ideal for PCB labelling in the electronics sector. Its enhanced print accuracy is paired with smart head functionality, allowing users to track print head usage and ensure timely replacement to maintain optimal print quality. Ease of use is a standout feature. Maintenance is straightforward thanks to tool-less parts replacement and the inclusion of SATO’s new Pureline platen roller, which provides a visual indicator for wear, supporting proactive maintenance. Operators benefit from intuitive operation through a full-colour display and LED indicators, with step-by-step video guidance for error resolution and maintenance tasks. The CL6NX Plus supports Application-Enabled Printing (AEP), enabling the printer to be used without a PC. Operators can connect peripheral devices such as barcode scanners or keypads directly to the printer, simplifying setup and saving space. Optional accessories also allow for inline barcode verification; when combined with a certified scanner and stand kit (sold separately), the printer can scan each label and automatically void defective prints.
