Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products purchased from Comsys Pacific. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected]
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in original packaging
  5. Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software licenses and digital products
  • Custom-configured or built-to-order items
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.)

Our Returns Process

To return an item purchased from Comsys Pacific, first contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number that must be included with your shipment. We recommend using tracked shipping methods when returning items from Suva, Nadi, Lautoka or other Pacific locations.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. For customers in Fiji and across the Pacific Islands, please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note that opened software, activated license keys, custom-built systems, and special order items cannot be returned unless defective. All returned items must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Items showing signs of use beyond inspection may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
